3 Millstone Men Indicted for Allegedly Committing Burglary

Three Millstone men were indicted for burglary allegedly committed in Middletown on June 12, 2012.

Michael Comar, 26, Allen J. Richards, 35, and Lewis M. Smith, 28 are accused of breaking into a residence and stealing a firearm, swords, computer and speakers, laptop, VHS player and camera, the total value of which was more than $500, according to the indictment released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Comar, Richards, and Smith all reside in the same home on Disbrow Hill Road in Millstone Township, according to the indictment.

The three men also face charges related to the unlawful possession of the firearm, because they are not registered to have possession of it.   

The Grand Jury's vote to indict is not a conviction. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
