Englishtown Man Arrested on Cocaine Distribution Charges

Englistown Police arrested Keith Cruz at his residence after an investigation stemming from last summer led to cocaine possession and distribution charges.

Englishtown resident Keith Cruz, 35, was charged with cocaine possession, distribution, and cocaine distribution within a school zone on May 1 by Englishtown Police Corporal Michael MacInnes.

According to the , the arrest proceeded from an investigation which began in June 2011 and was led by MacInnes and Patrolman Philip Accattata. 

MacInnes, with the help of Corporal Trevor Martinson, Patrolman first class Alexander Dinicola, and Officer Scott Zapora, arrested Cruz at his home; he was released on $15,000 bail, which was set by Judge James Newman.
