A Monmouth County Grand Jury has indicted an Englishtown man on charges of cocaine possession and dealing on Jan. 28 in Marlboro.
Mike Gil, 37, of Fawn Run was indicted on April 16 on one charge of third-degree cocaine possession, and one charge of second-degree possession of a dangerous substance with intent to distribute.
An indictment is merely a formal charge by the jury; it is not a conviction. Every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
