Fire Ignites at Pinebrook Road Home Wednesday Morning

No one was inside of the home at the time of the fire.

A Pinebrook Road home in Manalapan Township caught fire Wednesday morning, Capt. Michael Fountain said.

Manalapan police responded to 66 Pinebrook Road about 10 minutes before 10 a.m. to find heavy smoke billowing from the home as well as flames coming out of the second floor windows. The fire was extinguished by responding fire departments, which included Englishtown Fire Department, Gordons Corner Fire Company, Manalapan Township Fire Company #1, Robertsville Fire Company, and East Freehold Fire Company. 

According to Fountain, no one was inside of the home when the fire began. Additionally, no injuries were reported to the firefighters and emergency personnel who responded to the scene.

Englishtown-Manalapan First Aid Squad, Monroe Township First Aid and Old Bridge Township First Aid came on the scene, also.

The fire remains under investigation by the Monmouth County Fire Marshalls, Manalapan Township Fire Bureau, and Manalapan Township Detective Jared Aronson.
