According to the Breaking News Network, a gas main was struck at 17 Red Fox Run at 1:08 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18. Manalapan patrol units and fire department came to the scene. The street was closed off to everyone, except homeowners.
Several homes were evacuated, according to Manalapan Township police officer Ed Niesz. A local gas company was on the scene repairing the problem, which Niesz said would be fixed within several minutes.
