Guard Your Wallet at Wegmans, Several Thefts Reported
A woman was pick-pocketed at Wegmans last week; this is one of several that have occurred at the supermarket in the past few weeks, police say.
Another person was the victim of pick-pocketing at the on Rt. 9 in Manalapan. A resident of Colts Neck had her wallet stolen from her purse while she was shopping at the supermarket on Thursday, Nov. 3.
Approximately $190 in cash was in her wallet at the time. According to the , this has been one of several recent pick-pocketing incidents that have occured at within the past several weeks.
On Oct. 20, a 79 year-old Marlboro resident from her purse while she was shopping at Wegmans. Along with multiple credit cards, $250 in cash was also taken.
