Howell Man Indicted on Credit Card Fraud Charge in Manalapan

The man reportedly used a stolen credit card in Manalapan and Freehold.

Howell resident Ryan Swiercinsky, 34, was indicted by the Monmouth County Grand Jury this week for allegedly using a stolen credit card in Manalapan and Freehold during the month of May. 

According to the indictment issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Swiercinsky used a Chase Visa credit card that belonged to another person in Freehold and Manalapan on several dates between May 21 and May 25. Swiercinsky reportedly used the card to purchase items at Best Buy, GameStop, Champs, and Lukoil, the indictment said. 

Swiercinsky was indicted on one count of credit card theft, one count of fraudulent use of a credit card, and one count of theft by deception.
