Light Snow Could Bring Slick Road Conditions Thursday Afternoon

Up to a half-inch if snow expected.

A light snowfall is expected Thursday afternoon with limited accumulation, however road conditions could become hazardous.

The National Weather Service said a quick line of snow showers is expected to impact the central New Jersey region over the next three hours. The snow could create slippery driving conditions, therefore drivers are urged to reduce speed and use caution when traveling.

The showers could leave up to a half-inch of snow. Temperatures during the snowfall are expected to drop to the high 20s. Untreated surfaces will become slick, while poor visibility will be experienced as the snow falls.
