Local Man Indicted on Attempted Burglary Charge of Township Home

Manalapan resident Frank Antico, 19, has been indicted by the Grand Jury of Monmouth County and charged with attempted burglary.

According to the indictment released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Antico, who lives on Appalossa Drive, allegedly attempted to commit the crime of burglary by entering a home in Manalapan Township, without permission or knowledge of the owner, with the purpose of committing an offense.

Antico purportedly committed this crime on December 26, 2011.

Regardless of the charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all of the trial rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and state law.
