Manalapan Man Sells Oxycodone Near Rec Center and HS

A 30-year-old Manalapan man was arrested for selling oxycodone near the Manalapan Recreation Center and Manalapan High School.

Nicholas Szarawarski, 30, of Manalapan, was arrested by a county detective for allegedly selling Oxycodone in Manalapan to him on two separate dates in March, according to an arrest warrant issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Detective Juan Mazariegos of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office was sold Oxycodone from Szarawarski within close proximity of the and on two different dates in early March.

Szarawarski was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession with intent to distribute a CDS, distributing a CDS, distribution of a CDS within 500 feet of a public park, possession with intent to  distribute a CDS within 500 feet of a public park,  distributing a CDS within 1,000 feet of a school zone, and possession with an intent to distribute a CDS within 1,000 feet of a school zone.

Szarawarski is currently lodged in Monmouth County Correctional Institute in default of a $50,000 bail with a 10 percent bond.

Serves him right ... Another crack head busted... These kids and oxys have got to stop .. Doesn't everyone realize that it always comes to an end .. Either in death or jail... Get the picture people!!!!! It will never go on forever
