Manalapan Man Indicted on Heroin Possession Charge
The man was allegedly found with the drug in Englishtown.
Manalapan resident Shane Tice, 29, was indicted by the Monmouth County Grand Jury this week for allegedly being in possession of heroin.
According to the indictment issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Tice was found to be in possession of the drug in Englishtown Borough on March 1.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt, but rather indicates that the grand jury found enough evidence for formal charges to be filed.
