Manalapan Man Indicted on Heroin Possession Charges
The man was arrested in Englishtown on September 14, 2011 for being in possession of heroin.
Thomas Price IV, of Cooperhawk Dr. in Manalapan, has been indicted by the Grand Jury of Monmouth County on charges of heroin possession.
Price, 21, was arrested on September 14, 2011 in Englishtown and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third degree crime.
