Manalapan Township OEM urges residents to stay off the roads?

Manalapan households are completely without power Tuesday morning, according to township Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Coordinator Rick Hogan.

All Manalapan Township Department of Public Works staff, police and fire are deployed around town to assess damage, block unsafe roadways and begin clean up process, according to a press release issued by Manalapan Township OEM.

Power restoration is estimated to take two to three days or more, according to the release.

Manalapan Township OEM has requested residents remain off the roadways while officials assess damage. Roads are blocked and closed all around the township, according to the release.
