Manalapan Police: Home and Vehicle Burglaries Up

Help reduce the opportunity of criminals with these steps issued by the Manalapan Police Department.

The Manalapan Township Police Department has released a statement urging residents to take precautionary measures to prevent home and vehicle burglaries in the Township - both of which have increased lately.

Manalapan Police advise residents to:

  • lock their cars and homes at all times
  • secure all valuables at all times
  • activate car and residential alarms, if so equipped
  • use motion sensing lights
  • keep hedges trimmed away from doors and windows
  • immediately report suspicious car and people when observed by contacting the police department at 732-446-4300
