Manalapan and Englishtown began experiencing the first round of large power outages early afternoon on Monday.
As of 4:30 p.m., 5,350 households in Manalapan and 10 in Englishtown are reported to be without power according to the JCP&L outage map.
Over 84,000 people in Monmouth County are reportedly without power.
