Police: Manalapan Man Charged with Burglarizing Home

Manalapan police arrested Paul Pawlik for attempting to burglarize a local home.

Manalapan resident Paul Pawlik, 21, was arrested by Manalapan police on March 13 for allegedly attempting to burglarize a foreclosed home that is owned by Bank of America, according to Manalapan Police Chief Chris Marsala.

According to an arrest warrant, Pawlik entered the home, located on Livingston Lane in Manalapan Township, and removed a door knob.

Pawlik was charged with committing a burglary with the purpose to commit an offense. He is currently remanded in Monmouth County Correctional Institute in default of $25,000 bail. His initial appearance in front of Judge Dennis Lavender is scheduled for Monday, March 25 at 9 a.m.

Pawlik has previously been charged by Manalapan police with attempted burglary of a Livingston Lane home in December and .
