Too bad they didn't keep him in jail. Between the heroin charge and now assault, don't know what it will take to remove him from the streets.

What is a 18-year-old doing still attending grammar school? He's even too old for high school. He should be home schooled until he is 21. As is, he is a danger to all kids of grammar school age.
