THE CASHIER HAD WALKED AWAY! AGAIN, NO INDICATION THAT THERE WOULD BEA CHARGE FOR ICE!! WHEN HE OFFERED TO PAY, AFTER HE REALIZED HE HAD COMMITTED SUCH A HEINOUS CRIME, THE GUY SHOULD HAVE ACCEPTED AND ENDED IT. MAYBE BRING IT TO THE SCHOOL'S ATTENTION IF HE HAD TO INSIST ON BEING A HARD-ON!
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WAS NOT!! I REPEAT NOT AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS THE POLICE OFFICERS!! WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHERE U GET UR INFORMATION FROM!!! I DO NOT AGREE WITHH STEALING, BUT I DO AGREE WITH COMMON SENSE AND THAT IS WHAT SHOULD HAVE PREVAILED OF SUCH A MINUTE MISUNDERSTANDING!!! AS A MATTER OF FACT, THE CAFETERIA CAME AT THE STUDENT A LITTLE TO STRONG! MAYBE THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED!!
OF COURSE, WE LIVE IN A PERFECT WORLD SO HIS PHYSICAL APPEARANCE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE ALLEGATIONS, RIGHT!!! WAKE UP!!! BETTER YET, GO TO SLEEP BECAUSE U R CLUELESS!!

People that are good with hammers view every problem as a nail. First year of junior college and what has he learned?
Do your homework! Were you there? Were they witnesses to this so-called "aggressive behavior"? The answer is no! Is it in the police report? Answer=no! How about the discovery? Answer=no!! Student was not only non-combative, he was surprisingly cooperative, he offered to pay for the cup of ice when he was accused of stealing the drink, but James Episcopia felt the need to play tough-guy cop! Would have loved to see this play out in court! Especially with all these witnesses that saw this aggressive behavior! School officials would NEVER make that up, right? JAMES EPISCOPIA!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, BEING SO ADAMANT ABOUT PRESSING CHARGES OVER A CUP OF ICE!! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE FACING LEGAL ISSUES IN COURT!! MEANWHILE, YOU COME OUT OF THIS UNSCAVED!! WISH THIS WOULD HAVE GONE TO COURT!! THAT'S QUITE ALRIGHT! KARMA IS A "-----"!
Bottom line...this community college freshman won't be taking a cup of ice without paying for it anymore, eh? I would say he has learned his lesson on how to behave when out in public with law abiding citizens.
Get real and then finish your education. Thank you.
That is why is it called 'continuing education'.
Security cameras in the cafeteria. In early 2011, President Peter Burnham and Finance Director George Fehr were suspended without pay pending the outcome of a criminal investigation into allegations of fraud after an annual audit revealed spending irregularities. Burnham subsequently resigned. The criminal investigation is being conducted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. Enough said.
7:29 am on Saturday, March 24, 2012 What nonsense...next you will be calling for a sign saying "no urinating under the tables' Get real and then finish your education. Thank you. NONSENSE??? RECOMMENDING THAT YOU POST ON THE MENU THAT THERE IS A CHARGE FOR ICE TO AVOID FUTURE MISUNDERSTANDINGS? I WOULD THINK THAT TO BE A PRETTY GOOD IDEA! AND YOUR "NO URINATING UNDER THE TABLES" COMMENT? REALLY? GREAT IDEA SHOWING PEOPLE ON THIS SITE YOUR LACK OF INTELLIGENCE!! ****!
It's over! The freshman was caught, he told his side to the school's disciplinary committee in closed session, he took responsibility for his misdeed, he had to write a two page composition, his college record will bear the "interference with a school employee" mark and he promised he would never do it again. Currently, he is still allowed in the cafeteria. It is all over except for whining, eh?
The hubris of the defeated...look it up. I'll be here all week. Better luck in your other relationships.
