Staten Island Man Indicted on Driving with Suspended License in Manalapan

This is the second time the man was charged with driving with a suspended license; the license was suspended because of a DWI, police said.

William MacIntyre, Jr., of Staten Island, was indicted by the Monmouth County Grand Jury on Wednesday for allegedly driving with a suspended license on September 15, 2012 in Manalapan Township.

MacIntyre, 51, reportedly committed the crime of operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension, the indictment, issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, stated.

The man’s license was suspended or revoked because he had been previously convicted of a driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license in New Jersey while under suspension for the DWI, the indictment said.
