Two Men Charged in Blenheim Road Car Burglaries

The cars that were burglarized were all left unlocked, according to police.

Manalapan police arrested two men on July 30 for allegedly burglarizing two unlocked vehicles parked on Blenheim Road shortly after 12:30 a.m. 

Police were called to the scene after a resident saw two young men inside of his wife’s car, which was parked in his driveway on Blenheim Road. 

An investigation revealed that other vehicles parked on Blenheim Road were also illegally entered, according to a police report. These vehicles were also left unlocked, police said.

Nicholas Forman, 18, of Old Bridge, and Christopher Marlowe, 19, of Manalapan, were located by police, arrested without incident, and charged with two counts of burglary to a motor vehicle, two counts of criminal trespassing, theft, possession of stolen property, and criminal mischief, according to police. 

They were both transported to Monmouth County Correctional in default of $20,000 bail each with a 10 percent option. They are no longer currently remanded in jail.
