APP.com Reports DEP is Investigating Illegal Filing of Mayor Lucas' Farm

Lucas was unaware of any possible violations.

The Asbury Park Press is reporting that New Jersey's Department of Environmental Protection is investigating the land the Lucas family purchased in attempt to preserve 5,000 square feet of wetlands, according to a department spokesperson.

Approximately $1.15 million was paid to Manalapan Township Mayor Lucas to purchase the property by the Township Committee and the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, according to APP.com.

The Agriculture Development Board of Monmouth County will look over the application on June 1. If approved, the State Agriculture Development Committee is expected to hear the application by this fall, the APP reported.

Bet he never listed Diamond Developers on his DCA form - somebody ought to check that out...and while they are at it - somebody ought to check come October to see if Lucas or Diamond Developers has dropped significant chunks of change into the GOP coffers to get Burry re-elected...it's obvious all these people need each other in one way or another - on OUR tax dime! BTW Mrs. Birdsall - the wife of the Trustee from BCC that let the College Pres take all those perks and $$$$ - is Ms. Burry's campaign manager. Yet! Burry was "shocked" to learn the Trustees had given the Pres so much! Yeah, like they don't talk...Welcome to Republimouth County! Where friends are friends and taxpayers are SCARED!
