Construction of New Playground in Rec Center to Begin

The new playground is funded by an award from the Michael Allen Davidson Foundation.

The Michael Allen Davidson Foundation awarded the Manalapan Recreation Center with $25,000 towards a new playground in May and construction on the playground is set to begin Tuesday.

The new playground is slated to be for Special Needs Children and will be added to the Dreyer Tract Tot lot area. The Tot Lot playground will not be open while construction is underway, according to a Manalapan Recreation Center Facebook post.
