Manalapan Township Dog Park Grand Opening

Rescheduled from April 22 because of inclement weather.

Manalapan Township will hold the Grand Opening of the Manalapan Township Dog on April 29 at 3 p.m.

The Dog Park is located in Thompson Grove Park.

The Manalapan Dog Park was funded with a generous donation from Peggy and Hal Eisen in honor of their dog Lulu, who was commended and honored with an award from the Bush’s Baked Beans Company. Lulu saved the lives of her owners by alerting them to a fire that started in their home’s utility room while the Eisens’ were sleeping.

The park has two fully fenced in areas, one for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs. This is parking adjacent to the park. Please bring any water your dog may require.

Rules for the dog park are posted on site.

Thompson Grove Park can be reached by turning onto Kinney Road from Sweetman’s Lane and proceeding to
the first right, which is Thompson Grove Road, The entrance to the park is approximately 100 yards on the right.
