Final Storm Debris Collection Continues in 4 Neighborhoods

More Manalapan neighborhoods will see a final storm debris pick-up on Wednesday, Jan. 2.

Manalapan Township Department of Public Works is working with hired contractors to clean up the storm debris that Hurricane Sandy left behind.

A second and final collection of storm branches, brush and debris has already commenced in Manalapan. The streets scheduled for collection beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 2 are:

  • Holiday Park area
  • Pension Road area
  • Pine Brook Road area
  • Yorktowne Drive

Please place all tree limbs, branches, brush, and damaged trees at the curb for collection and be sure that it is not in the street or juts out into the street as this can be hazardous to drivers.

The Public Works and contractor trucks may be coming around the neighborhood to collect debris in the early morning hours in order to accomplish as much as possible.
