Last Chance: Renew Commuter Parking Permits

March 31 is the last day to renew your commuter parking permit.

If you have a Commuter Parking Permit in Manalapan, your permit expires on March 31 and there will be no exceptions, Manalapan Mayor Susan Cohen said at the Township Committee meeting on Wednesday, March 28.

There are currently three lots in Manalapan that require an annual permit:

  1. Franklin Lane Lot
  2. Symmes Drive Lot
  3. Towne Pointe Lot

Commuter Parking Permits cost $200, a price which increased 34 percent last year. Proof of residency is required for a spot in the commuter parking lot.
