There will be a 10-day grace period offered.

Manalapan Township's 1st Quarter taxes are due on Feb. 1. A 10 day grace period will be permitted, in accordance with New Jersey state law.

All tax payments must be received by the tax office on, or before, Feb. 10. All tax payments dropped off after 4 p.m. on Feb. 10 will accrue interest charges calculated from Feb. 1, the original due date.

The Manalapan Tax Collector’s Office, located within the Manalapan Township Municipal Building, closes at 4 p.m. on Monday through Friday.  During after hours, taxpayers may drop off the payment in the drop box located on the Tax Collector’s Office door. The drop box is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. All tax payments placed in the drop box after 4 p.m. will be considered received as of the next business day.

The Tax Collector’s Office will have extended hours on Thursday, Feb. 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
