Convicted Sex Offender Indicted For Allegedly Failing to Register in Manalapan

Vincent Stallworth now lives in Toms River.

Vincent Stallworth was indicted on Sept. 2 by the grand jurors of Monmouth County for failure to register as a convicted sex offender when he lived in Manalapan Township between around December 2010 until July 29, 2011.

Stallworth, 46, was convicted of the crime of sexual assault on October 28, 1994, by the grand jurors of Ocean County. As a convicted sex offender, Stallworth is required to register with his local law enforcement agency and/or provide at least ten days notice to the department of his proposed change of address, according to New Jersey State law.

Failure to register as a convicted sex offender is a fourth degree crime. Stallworth currently resides in Toms River.
