The teachers and the Lafayette Mills PTA held our annual Basketball Night on Friday, March 2, 2012 at MEMS. The students from grades 1-2 were able to practice skill activities conducted by the MEMS Girl’s Basketball Team and Lafayette Mills teachers. Thank you to Mrs. Bruno and Mrs. Corporale for arranging this cross-school support. The number of minutes per game matched the grade level of the students playing the game. Students in grades 3, 4 and 5 played against the teachers in teams of 5 or 6. The custodial staff at MEMS, particularly Mr. Tuscnak, was extremely helpful to the success of this event.
