Lafayette Mills School fell into darkness Monday after a power outage took place, according to Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District Superintendent John J. Marciante.

The school will be having an early dismissal schedule ending at 12:47 p.m. Buses will transport the students to their normal drop-off location.

Children who do not have a place to go will be transported to Manalapan-Englishtown Middle School and can be picked up from MEMS at any time before 2:40 p.m. If your child cannot be picked up by 2:40 p.m., they will be transported to Clark Mills School YMCA After School Care Program, Marciante posted on the district website.
