Manalapan HS 'Battle of the Classes' Collects for Food Drive

Manalapan High School partnered with Move for Hunger for their Battle of the Classes.

The following was released by the Freehold Regional High School district:

For the past six years Manalapan High School has hosted its own version of the Battle of the Classes, at which all grade levels compete against each other in various competitions. MHS Student Council organizes and runs the event. This year we were able to incorporate a food drive into the “Battle”. MHS partnered with Move For Hunger a 501c-3 non-profit organization that works to strengthen the efforts of our nation’s food banks.

While grade levels competed against each other the community of MHS was able to collect nearly 60 cases of food for the Monmouth and Ocean County Food Banks.
