Manalapan HS Students Named Semi-Finalists in National Merit Scholarship Program

Twelve other students were named commended students in the scholarship program.

Manalapan High School students Melanie Cotton and Kenneth Luo have been named semi-finalists in the 2014 National Merit Scholarship Program. Only 1 percent of the students that took the PSATs qualify in this category.

Additionally, twelve other students have been named Commended Students in the 2014 National Merit Scholarship Program:

Approximately 34,000 Commended Students are recognized throughout the nation for their exceptional academic promise. Commended Students placed among the top 5 percent of more than 1.5 million students who entered the 2014 competition by taking the PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
