Manalapan-Englishtown Schools Launch 'MERS To Go' App

The new "MERS To Go" app shares district and school information with parents, students, and community members.

The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District has rolled out an official mobile app named “MERS To Go”. This mobile app is intended to send relevant information out to parents, staff, students, and the community about issues and activities within the district. 

The app also has access to school calendars, lunch menus, directories, events, sports schedules, scores, and more. Over the coming year new updates and information feeds will be added to the app. 

MERS To Go is a free app that can be downloaded to smartphones and devices that use Apple iOS and Android. To download the app, click on the links located on the district website here: www.mers.k12.nj.us

“Our new MERS To Go mobile app empowers everyone in the Manalapan-Englishtown community to stay connected with the latest school information directly from their mobile device,” Constance Bryson, Director of Information Systems for the district, said in a press release.“For busy, active parents on the go, their mobile device has become their lifeline for communicating with family and friends. This app allows us to adapt to the lifestyle of our parents and staff. By reaching out to all stakeholders quickly and easily, we believe this app will help us communicate more effectively, and lead to a stronger, more connected school community overall.”

The app was developed in partnership with SchoolMessenger and was built on communication platform that allows the MERS district to effortlessly share and manage information on the app.
