MNHS State Champion Baseball Team Honored in Parade
The Braves were celebrated for bringing home their high school's first state title in the sport.
For the Manalapan High School Boys Baseball team, the season started with a common goal and ended in a state championship victory. To cap off the season the right way, Manalapan Township celebrated its champs in a parade on July 20 at the Recreation Center.
The parade began from the parking lot in the back of the Recreation Center to the mainstage area where hundreds had gathered for a classic car show and a concert by Tommy Mara and the Crests.
Mayor Andrew Lucas introduced the players and their coaches and thanked them for representing Manalapan.
