Manalapan Township Parks & Recreation Department is proud to offer the CSFK Be A Reporter Program for children in grades 4th – 8th. The program is a fun, action-packed journalism class that builds confidence and essential communication skills that last a lifetime!
Exciting instructional games reinforce skills – not boring drills. Ideas fly around the room when excited students discuss topics and creative ideas.
CSFK class builds life skills in written and verbal communication. Participants explore their personal interests using Internet research, practice research methods, story structure, word usage, vocal exercises, enunciation and breathing. Students write a feature story and report their findings in a televised segment that is aired on Manalapan TV MTTN Channel 77.
