Yoga + Herbs: Restorative Workshop

Feeling stressed?  Join us for a restorative workshop!

Most of our days are spent running around, rushing and feeling stressed.  The antidote to stress is relaxation; the act of lying down and being still.  Using props to support the body, your nervous system beings to relax and deep-seated tension starts to melt away.

The use of essential oils for aromatherapy and gentle hands-on allows for deeper relaxation.  The relaxation response brings you into balance; deepening your breathing, reducing your stress hormones, slowing your heart rate, replacing our muscles and relieving fatigue, anxiety and insomnia.

Poses will be held for approximately 8-10 minutes each.  We will include panorama and deep relaxation techniques to restore the mind and body.  We will also include yoga nidra, a deep state of relaxation while remaining fully aware.
