Englishtown Council Meets Monday this Week

Englishtown

• The Englishtown Borough Council is meeting in the courtroom of the Englishtown Municipal Building at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. 

Manalapan

• The Fire Prevention Committee is meeting in room 107 of the Manalapan Township Municipal Committee at 8 p.m. on Monday. 
• The Manalapan Environmental Commission is meeting in room 213 of the Manalapan Township Municipal Committee at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. 
• The Manalapan Zoning Board is meeting in the courtroom of the Manalapan Township Municipal Committee at 8 p.m. on Thursday.

Schools

• The Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education is meeting at Howell High School on Monday. Executive session will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will open up to the public at 8 p.m.
• The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District Board of Education is meeting at their administration building at 54 Main Street in Englishtown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. 
• Manalapan High School will be following an early dismissal schedule on Friday.

Read to the Dogs

One of the most popular library programs is back this week with two separate sessions. Read to the Dogs allows children in first grade and higher to come in to the Monmouth County Library and read their favorite story to a cuddly canine. The sessions will be held on Thursday at 4 p.m. and again at 4:35 p.m. Registration is required.
