terrible office, nasty staff. dr are ok for basic illness but are not good to treat advanced illness or problems. i would not reccomend this place because the office staff plays games and is a constant thorn in your side. they wont even give you your records to transfer out of the office.

This practice always gets you the appointment you need. This is a very warm office; doctors and staff are thorough and caring. My adult children didn't want to leave the practice and move on to an adult internist. I don't blame them. As for experience, and bedside manner, you won't find better than Dr. Hirsch.

Karen - What do you mean by "Old School" . I remember many nights that Dr. Hirsch would be in the office well past 11 PM until every sick child was seen. During a major snow storm and working with a power generator my daughter was not refused an appointment. It took me 30 minutes to drive a 5 minute drive the weather was so bad. I think that is old school. My Dr. leaves at 12 noon on Fridays with no weekends.

Very Old School. OK for the very basics - beyond that I would seek care elsewhere.
