Boomer is a 10-month-old, 55 lb. boy, who was rescued from living in a drain pipe under a busy highway. Boomer was a nervous wreck at the time of his capture, but remained sweet and docile towards all of his rescuers. He is extremely loving towards his foster family, as well as others who visit the home often. He takes a bit of time to realize he can trust you, but once he does, his true self comes out, which is playful and affectionate. Boomer is a typical Shepherd and would make a great watch dog. He is very loyal to the ones he loves, is intelligent, and listens well. He is in a foster home with several other dogs of various sizes, 2 cats, and a parrot.
