Government – Manalapan Township will be offering water and ice at the senior center on Wednesday beginning at 7:30 a.m. Halloween Trick or Treat at Town Hall has been suspended and the curfew for those under 18 years is 5 p.m. 3. Schools – All Manalapan schools will be closed on Wednesday as the area cleans up after Hurricane Sandy. 4.
