Pine Brook School January Highlights
Students planned and held a blood drive, held a winter concert, participated in a school Geography Bee, began basketball intramurals, and learned about character.
The following highlights are submitted by Irene Policastro, the Secretary to Superintendent John J. Marciante of the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District. Student Council Plans 2nd Annual Blood Drive The Pine Brook Student Council, in conjunction with the Central Jersey Blood Center, planned a Blood Drive for February 9, 2012 from 3:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Pine Brook. The Student Council had an afterschool planning meeting with a representative from the Blood Center. At this meeting, the students learned about the importance of blood donations, the process, and how they will be able to assist during the day of the drive.
