Manalapan Man Accused of Selling Drugs Near High School, Rec Center

The man allegedly sold oxycodone to an undercover detective on two separate occasions.

The Monmouth County Grand Jury indicted Manalapan resident Nicholas Szarawarski on twenty-one separate counts for allegedly selling oxycodone to an undercover detective within 500 feet of a public park and 1,000 feet of Manalapan Township High School. According to the indictment and arrest warrant issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Szarwarski, 30, sold the drug to the county detective on March 13 and March 20 at the same location near the high school and the Manalapan Recreation Center. TELL US: How Should Oxycodone Be Better Managed?

Do you think the government should increase regulations on the distribution of oxycodone?

In light of the recent attempted armed robbery at a Manalapan pharmacy on Wednesday, residents are left with a number of unanswered questions as well as concerns. Most notably, the suspect showcased a handgun and demanded Oxycodone instead of money. Oxycodone is a pain medication that is classified as an opiod analgesic and is prescribed for the management of moderate to severe pain; the drug is highly addictive. Marg is quite correct. The patch is being designed to control rate of oxycodone release and as the mode of administration is via the skin the protective mechanisms that the skin provide (sink conditions) ensure euphoria can not be achieved even by applying 10 patches. Manalapan Man Sells Oxycodone Near Rec Center and HS

A 30-year-old Manalapan man was arrested for selling oxycodone near the Manalapan Recreation Center and Manalapan High School.

Nicholas Szarawarski, 30, of Manalapan, was arrested by a county detective for allegedly selling Oxycodone in Manalapan to him on two separate dates in March, according to an arrest warrant issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office today. Detective Juan Mazariegos of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office was sold Oxycodone from Szarawarski within close proximity of the Manalapan Recreation Center and Manalapan High School on two different dates in early March. Manalapan Man Indicted on Theft, Forgery, and Drug Charges

The resident was indicted by the county Grand Jury twice on Wednesday, Jan. 10.

On Jan. 10, The Monmouth County Grand Jury indicted Eugene Lanzaro of Manalapan Township for stealing a motorcycle from a citizen and obtaining a car with a forged check.  Lanzaro, 47, a resident of Lamb Lane, stole a motorcylce belonging to a resident of Brick Township on June 17, 2011. Additionally, Lanzaro is being indicted on theft charges for stealing a car from Pine Belt Chevrolet, located in Freehold Township. According to the indictment, Lanzaro obtained the motor vehicle on June 29, 2011 from the dealership by writing a fraudulent check. Lanzaro wrote the check for the vehicle in someone else's name and forged their signature. Therefore, he is also being indicted on forgery and uttering a forged instrument. On the same day, …
