The Tough Mudder Tri-State competition is coming to Old Bridge Township Raceway Park this weekend, so traffic delays are expected in the area around the park and on Union Hill Road and Pension Road, according to Manalapan Police. The popular obstacle course competition is expected to bring about 25,000 people to the area. Parking for the event on Saturday, Oct. 20 will not be available on site or allowed within the vicinity of Raceway Park. People that park along the roadways will be ticketed and possibly towed.
