This litter of five itty-bitty kittens are now 7-weeks-old and ready to go to their forever homes. They were taken from a hoarder situation, where their chance of survival was slim. Each is now in a local foster home being socialized. They are all playful and very people friendly. Each kitten is up-to-date with the appropriate medical for its age, is Negative for Fiv/Felv and is frontlined. Each is also eligible for the NJ low cost Spay/Neuter program, for when each is of age, which is 6 months old, for those who adopt from us and are NJ residents. Avengelyne is a friendly and playful 11-week-old kitten! She was in a foster home with a young child, 3 dogs, and another kitten for several weeks, but is now staying with other kittens at the Freehold Petco to give her more public exposure, with the hopes that someone will see her and fall in love! Avengelyne is very people friendly, and gets along great with everyone! She has already had all 3 rounds of her kitten vaccines, is Neg. for FIV/Felv, and is eligible for the $20 NJ low-cost Spay Program when she is of age to be altered, which is 6 months old, for those who adopt from us and are NJ residents. A Manalapan rescue is helping a local homeowner find homes for a litter of kittens so that they are not trapped by Animal Control and sent to a kill shelter.
Manalapan Animal Rescue Homeless Animal Lifeline was contacted by a local woman who has seven friendlly kittens living on her back porch, according to a post by the rescue on the Pet of the Day website. According to the post, the homeowner is unable to take this litter of kittens into her home and immediate resuce is needed as they are in danger of being trapped by Animal Control and taken to a kill shelter.
