A Manalapan woman was sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl and streaming the assault over the internet, New Jersey U.S. District Attorney Paul J. Fishman and Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division announced Tuesday. Jennifer Mahoney, 33, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Mary L. Manalapan resident, Jennifer Mahoney, plead guilty in front of U.S. District Judge Mary L. Cooper in Trenton Federal Court today to the production of child pornography through the sexual exploitation of a 5-year-old girl, according to New Jersey U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman and Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer of the Justice Department's Criminal Division. Manalapan resident Jennifer Mahoney had an initial appearance and a bail reduction hearing at the Monmouth County Courthouse today. Mahoney, 32, was arrested on December 13, 2011 and charged with child endangerment and sexual assault of a minor for allegedly masturbating in front of a 5-year-old child on multiple occassions throughout 2011. She has been remanded at Monmouth County Correctional Institute on $250,000 bail.
