Candy is a registered nurse, professional model, and founder of two medical skincare companies, "Clinical Aesthetic Cosmetology" Inc. & "Academy by Candy" LLC. For over 20 years, Candy has been recognized and internationally known in numerous medical academies as an authority in medical skincare and is known as "The Nurse who teaches Doctors the art of Glycolic Acid Peeling." In addition, as a plastic surgical assistant, she operates alongside her husband, Dr. Sigmund Sattenspiel in their facial plastic surgery practice in New Jersey.
