Do you ever get nervous that the entertainer you have hired is just not going to show up? Well, my company policy is that we confirm with you a few days before to make sure that you know that we are confirmed, we know your contact numbers for the day of the party just in case of problems, and we know exactly the right place to go for your party. I recommend that you do this with whoever you are counting on to make your event a success. And do leave those cell phones on and answer them that day. I know you are very busy organizing, greeting and getting it together for your guests, but if your entertainer is having trouble finding you or gets lost or has any issues, a heads up for you can help you keep the party going smoothly.
