PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE TALKNG ON CELL PHONES WHY THEY DRIVING , THAT WILL CUT DOWN ON ACCIDENTS SAME THING AS TEXTING WHILE YOU DRIVE THINK THE FINE SHOULD BE MORE AND OFF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE , ITS PRIIVALGE TO DRIVE , WE MUST HAVE TOUGHTER LAWS WITH PEOPLE TALKING WHY DRIVING AND TEXTING , THEIR NO MORE EXCUSES
